About Me

With 18 years of life in Santa Cruz, I have learned the ways of surging real estate values, a Pandemic reset, and clawing back to the top again.

This market demands, getting up-to-speed quickly, staging the home, with disclosures and inspections ready as a Seller, or as a Buyer (having financing, pre-approvals, and ready cash) so that we are ready to compete. I have helped UCSC students to buy, rather than rent- and then sell again to solid gains. I have personal experience in helping Seniors transition whether to new homes locally, or out of state. I've helped get homes sold for seniors moving into Assisted Living and Memory Care.

My focus is trained on caring for my clients and friends with a keen eye on your ROI, real estate values, local trends, and ever-evolving data. Allow me to leverage my negotiation, marketing, and listening skills to get you into the perfect home. I will represent you with energy, and enthusiasm thereby providing you with a hassle-free experience that saves time, obtains the best price, and gets the job done.

When I moved to the Central Coast 18 years ago from Marin County, I was astounded by the natural beauty, the cultural aspects, the access to UCSC, the community, and the proximity to the Greater Bay Area. Of course, the fact that it's a Mediterranean climate doesn't hurt- as there are NO mosquitoes here, and my ROI has been excellent.
